The FLEX SHIELD WAFFLE fabric has a microfleece reverse side that provides basic insulation. The special waffle structure also reduces the weight and pack size. In fact, the ULTRASONIC JACKET is one of the lightest alpine soft shells around. With the exception of the pit zips, all of the zips on the jacket are water resistant.
