The fabric, STORMLOCK SOFT SHELL SMOOTHLIGHT, is totally windproof and has a fleece reverse side with a basic insulation spec. It is pleasantly soft, yet tough enough to cope with the mechanical abrasion caused when carrying a heavy trekking pack. The “trek spec” includes venting pit zips.
