About Us
Welcome to Jurassic Outdoor. We are an independent store situated in Swanage; the heart of the Purbeck hills. We have been trading for six years and stock a wide range of quality brands and products, designed for enjoying walks and other outdoor activities in both comfort and style .
The Purbeck hills are a part of the Jurassic coast which was designated a world heritage site a few years ago and has much to offer the outdoor enthusiast or beginners with walks of varying lengths and difficulty.
We are spread over two shops one of which is packed with accessories, gadgets, tents, sleeping bags, camping goods, sunglasses, bags, walking poles etc. Have a look on our accessories page for some of the more specialised equipment we have to offer.
We stock walking boots, shoes and sandles, from brands such as Merrell, Keen, Teva, Scarpa, Brasher and Salomon. Clothing lines include Jack Wolfskin, RAB, Sprayway and Craghoppers. We also stock lifestyle clothing from Weirdfish, Protest and Braintree.
We aim to bring you goods made to a high standard with excellent technical credentials, designed to a high specification and with style.
